Can I return my item?
You MUST provide a tracking number, when shipping any items back to us. This is our proof you have shipped it back, and your proof that we have received it.
Once we receive the item, we will then issue a full refund of item only. (this refund does not include the shipping charges you paid for us to ship.)
Do you accept exchanges?
We ask that you provide proof of any damage/flaws to the item in question, as in taking a photo of the item, and sending it to us, once we've received the photo of said damage, you will then ship the item back and we will then replace the damaged item (free of charge). However, you must pay return shipping and include a tracking number for the shipment. We will only exchange the item with the exact item being returned.
